- Prices can be changed or products discontinued at any point and are subject to availability.
- Product formulations and ingredients are subject to change at any point at our discretion – please refer to product label for up-to-date ingredients and information.
- Please be aware our products do not contain synthetic preservatives. It is vital to avoid introducing water into the product container as water can expedite bacteria growth. We recommend using our products within 6 months of opening. The customer is responsible for incurring any risk for lack of using product responsibly and safely, including using the product beyond the recommended shelf life.
- Orders will be filled on a first come first serve basis. We are a small company and aim to process orders within 3–5 business days, if not faster.
- We are not responsible for any customs/import fees incurred.
- We are not responsible for any damage to products due to weather conditions or due to exposure to extreme temperatures. Please be advised we recommend keeping containers tightly sealed until they have been at room temperature for several hours and use caution when opening.
- If product has become more liquid-y, simply place in fridge for a few hours and it will return to its normal state. If the product melts, no damage will result to the quality of the product; there may simply be a slight texture difference.
- Our products use ingredients from nature. This means each batch may vary slightly in appearance, texture, color, or scent. This is normal. We like to say our products are perfectly imperfect and feel this adds to the natural character of our products.
- Our weight measurements are estimates and the weight of each batch may vary slightly.
- We are not responsible for bracelets if they break due to children (or adults) pulling on them or over-stretching the cord.
- Please use caution when using candles as they are flammable. Always keep candles out of reach of children. Do not allow objects to come into contact with open flame of candles.
