Deliveries

Local Deliveries

We offer cash on delivery with a minimum 10 OMR purchase.

We deliver across Oman and ship to the GCC and worldwide. Available shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

If the customer does not show up for a delivery, or reschedules, they may be ineligible for future deliveries and may also be charged a 5 OMR no-show charge.

International Deliveries

We are not responsible for any additional customs, duties, or import fees.

Returns and Exchanges

Your happiness is important to us! Therefore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not 100% satisfied, please feel free to email us at info@sacrasoapandbody.com to make a return or exchange.

All returns/exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

Must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Product must have at least ¾ of its contents remaining.
Please allow up to 10 business days for exchange or refund to be processed.
We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned.
For any return or exchange, you are responsible for all shipping & handling costs.
If the package does not reach us, we will be unable to complete the refund/exchange.
