A Simple Beginning
Before SACRA began in Oman in 2018, Robert and Rebecca were living in the United States and facing personal health challenges. That season led them to look more closely at the ingredients used in everyday products and search for simpler, more natural ways to care for themselves and their family.
Along the way, they discovered the extraordinary history of frankincense—one of the great luxuries of the ancient world—and began learning how deeply it had been traditionally valued in Oman and Arabian culture.
They were especially fascinated by its traditional association with:
- Clarity, focus & memory
- Digestion & everyday comfort
- Oral freshness
- Fragrance, hospitality & quiet reflection
Their curiosity soon turned into creating. From their own kitchen, they began making simple, small-batch products and sharing them with friends and loved ones.
That journey became the foundation for SACRA—a brand built around natural ingredients, handmade craftsmanship, and the remarkable heritage of Omani frankincense.
